Hello! I'm Brad Legge,
I've been running software product companies and working in senior product and technology roles for over 20 years. I help businesses and teams develop award winning digital products and services that customers return to time and time again.
I'm as passionate about organising teams and their work for success as I am about coaching leadership teams to set up for success. I help companies and teams shift from a Certainty mindset centred on managing projects and cost to a Discovery mindset focussed on developing product and business value.
I've recruited, lead and coached high performing product delivery teams across multiple industries and companies of all sizes. I work as part of the leadership team or as a consultant/coach to the LT, helping to align the product delivery functions with the strategy, vision and resources of the company.
